On May 1 2004, Danionics entered into a 50/50 joint venture agreement with GP Batteries International Ltd. to start production in China. GP Batteries is amongst the 10 largest battery manufacturers in the world, and is the largest Asian manufacturer outside Japan, with more than 10 productions sites in China.By joining forces with GP Batteries, Danionics and GP will build upon our strong presence in the rechargeable battery industry. Together, we can offer cutting-edge battery technology and high-quality production, thereby ensuring valuable, reliable and long-lasting business relations for our customers.
